We have two separate email addresses feeding different functions like [email protected] on Gmail and [email protected] on Outlook. Both need to import emails into monday but land in different groups on the same board, with different column mappings for each.
I want to auto create items from email for both inboxes automatically but I'm not sure if monday supports multiple active email integrations on a single board, or whether the extraction layer can handle different field mappings per inbox.
Has anyone run a multi-inbox setup like this? Does it work cleanly or does it create conflicts?
