We're a growing ops team and our support email volume has crossed the point where manual ticket creation is sustainable. Someone spends the first hour of every morning creating items from overnight emails and copying sender details, subject lines, and message body into the right columns one by one.
We've looked at monday's native Gmail integration but it just creates items with the full email blob in the name field. There's no way to map the sender name to one column and message body to another automatically.
Is anyone running a proper email to monday board pipeline where support ticket automation handles the structuring? What does your setup actually look like?
