Hi everyone,
I am trying to use the change_status_column_value and change_subitem_column_value webhook templates in monday.com.
However, the Status column on our board is rollup-enabled (used with subitems), and because of that, the webhook is not getting triggered when:
the status changes on a parent item, or
the status changes on a subitem and the parent rollup status gets updated.
From our testing, it seems webhooks do not work on rollup-enabled columns.
Is there any alternative approach or workaround to detect changes/events for rollup-enabled status columns?
Any suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks!
