A form that informs the customer about the current status of e.g. an order by entering the order number in the form

A great solution would be to use a form which, after the customer entered e.g. the identification number of the element, which in our case is the order number, would display a specific status of the order on the X board, e.g. text from column x, status from column y, etc. This would create new option for monday.com forms
