We are using Service as for our main team contact email address.
The same email address is a member of a distribution group where internal automated emails are sent to notify us of client go-lives.
I am trying to use this so that I can prevent emails sent to the distribution group from creating a request.
On the automation, I have added a Filter where the Receiver Is Not but Support have advised this is only relevant for Work Management to filter the Updates tab and doesn’t work on Emails
