Item cards are one of the simplest yet greatest features to improve navigation for end-users in column heavy boards. However, at this time is not possible to lock layout or deletion of item cards from Editors or Contributors.
In multi-user boards (as in 100+) user collaborating in a board this is problematic

Limit the ability to edit item cards to only Board Owners
