Ability to @mention users through automations

Description

It would be really helpful if automations could tag specific users in item updates. For example, if an automation posts an update to an item, it could automatically include an @mention so the right person is notified directly.

This would make automations more powerful and reduce the need for manual tagging, ensuring that the right people never miss important updates.

What are you trying to achieve

We want automations to be able to tag users directly in item updates with an @mention. Right now, automations can post updates but they can’t automatically notify the right person. The goal is to make sure updates created by automations reach the intended users without needing extra manual tagging.

now mentions supports in api as well, maybe you can explore update api to achieve this

Why do we have to use the API and why can this not be standard in the platform since is already gives us the option to add users in text but not tag or notify them? Customers should not have to learn an API to create something that should be standard or a feature of the platform in general.
