Hi Monday Team,
I’d like to request an enhancement to the email formatting options within Monday.com.
Right now, the available text formatting appears much larger and more spaced-out than standard email clients — especially Outlook. Because of this, emails sent from Monday often look visually inconsistent with the messages we typically send from Outlook, which can make automated or board-triggered emails appear less polished or “off-brand.”
Feature Request:
Add the ability to adjust text size (smaller font options)
Add a formatting preset or theme that matches standard Outlook email formatting
Ensure spacing, font weight, and layout feel consistent with typical Outlook messages
What are you trying to achieve
This would help teams maintain a consistent communication style and ensure emails sent from Monday align with the look and feel of our existing client communications.
