We gather leads in Monday directly from our website and we need our team to follow up w/in hours, not days. I can see you can create a follow up notification if not status change a day or more after an item is created but would be nice if you could set a follow up reminder if no one has acknowledge/changed status of a lead an hour or so from time of creation.
