We work with freelancers and we want to give the possibility to accept a task by an accessible form “link” or by another means, once the task is accepted “assigned” the freelancer can access all the details of his task

you can use Make in which you can create a rule that automatically assigns tasks to freelancers when they meet certain criteria. For example, you could create a rule that automatically assigns a task to a freelancer when they submit a proposal.
