Is it possible to add people to different tasks so that they need to accept or decline the task and I would get a notification of their response?

Hey @caro, have you thought about using a status column for this? “Accept” and “decline” could be status labels, which would then trigger a notification to you via this automation:
The automation would read something like, “When status changes to ‘Accept’, notify Caro”. You can click on the word “notify” to write the specific message for that status
