When a user has an email notification setup for when they are mentioned in an activity, I would like the notification email to INCLUDE the content of the activity.
What are you trying to achieve
I have used Copper CRM for many years. In Copper, when you were tagged in an activity, the email notification would include the content. My GM is an email “power user” and wants everything to be delivered to his inbox. With Monday, he gets the email, but has to click the link which takes him to Monday, and he has to expand the activity “show more” - which is not as quick as reading content in an email.
I am working with a great consultant for onboarding, and the workaround is creating a custom Activity, so whenever it’s used, there is an automation that does a bunch of stuff and ultimately emails him the content. It’s complicated and a bit clunky (the email comes from me… he gets 2 copies…)
Just wondering if there is an easier way to do this?
Is this a feature that is being worked on?
