I think its more than reasonable to request to add the ‘manage duplicates’ feature to the work management product, even if its only to the enterprise tier.
This feature is a basic tool in managing data, and makes much more sense than a CRM only feature.
The functionality already exists, so its probably just a business decision.
You can manage duplicates using the Duplicates and Uniques app.
You can set up templates which will run automatically to find, merge, delete or move duplicates.
