Add support for "AI ticket summary" to the general update feed

Description

Hi, I noticed you added the AI ticket summary into the external (email) feed. It will be great if we can have the same functionality in the general internal updates widget.

What are you trying to achieve

Currently 90% of our communication is with internal client and being handled in the internal update feed. It will be great to Have the same functionality used for our 90% of the cases internally,
