We duplicate a template for each client that we process. After duplication, we add the client name to the front of each of the 20 or so subitems. With over 100 clients processed each year, this adding of the client name can become very tedious. Is there a way to add text to the beginning of multiple subitems all at the same time? I don’t see a multiselect option to do this, so wondering if there was a solution. Thank you.

If you can add a placeholder to your template, you can use the Toolkit app to find and replace all the placeholders with the client name in one go.
