There should be an option to automatically disable the ai notetaker microphone when it joins meetings.
What are you trying to achieve
Make the meeting go smoothly. Participants will no longer have to scramble to find the “mute participant” button for the bot while trying to start their conversation. The tool should be there to serve the meeting, not interrupt it.
Ideally, the option to disable the mic should be in Monday itself.
