I would like that when I create a sub-element, the file located in the file column of the element is automatically added.
Is it possible ?

I’m afraid it’s not currently possible to have the file of the parent item automatically added to the subitem when it is created.
That said, if your subitems follow a specific pattern, and will always require the same file, you could use an automation to automatically add subitems whenever an item is created.
You can then click into the subitem and select the fields you’d like to be populated whenever a new subitem is created:
If you upload something into the file field, this will automatically be added to your new subitem!
