Adding images into forms

Description

Would be nice to be able to add images into the form, aside from just the header image. I have a form for uniform ordering - Ideally, if they select “mens > polos” it would then go to a question asking for their size which has an image of our sizing chart for mens polos.

What are you trying to achieve

Allow images to be embedded within form questions
