Aggregating board data

I am a very new user and trying to understand if a dashboard can aggregate data from multiple boards across workspaces. Essentially I am trying to decide if it is best to set up a client as a workspace or a folder within a workspace.

Usually we set up our client management boards within one workspace under different folders linking up to a high-level overview board and dashboard.

Thank you for your assistance, I found another thread where someone always set up clients as separate workspaces, but we have 80+ clients and that method might be a bit messy so I will follow your lead.

Yes I agree, setting up 80+ workspaces for each client wouldn’t be the most efficient. I hope the high-level / low-level board management works out for you. Folders are really useful in keeping data clean and organised. I’m here ready to support if you need.
