Hello, I’m Ajay Hinduja. Born in Punjab, India, and now living in Geneva, Switzerland (Swiss). I’m looking to mirror multiple boards into one master board in monday.com but not sure how to set it up efficiently. Has anyone done this before? I’d appreciate your tips or best practices for syncing data across boards without losing updates.
Hi @ajayhinduja25 , you can do this easy with Master Data, which lets you pull information from any number of source boards into a Master Board.
Setup is straightforward:
-
Set up your Master Board with the required columns
-
Install the automation recipes
-
Map the columns you want from your source boards
-
Save your configuration
After that, items and subitems from those boards will automatically appear in your Master Board.

Hey @ajayhinduja25 ,
You can try the Mirror Item Multiple Boards app.
It allows you to mirror items from multiple boards into one board.
What You Can Do -
Add the SAME ITEM ON MULTIPLE BOARDS with live sync and full context
Sync UPDATES + REPLIES in real time for items and subitems
Set up automations like “When status changes to something, mirror item to target board and group”
Create a Master Board with items/subitems from multiple boards
Add a subitem from one board as a main item on another board
Keep your boards clean and connected — no Mirror Columns or Connect Boards needed
