All-Volunteer Non-Profit in Seattle providing homeless outreach looking for consultant to help us optimize Monday for casework and fieldwork

I am the Executive Director of a small non-profit in Seattle called “Anything Helps”. We have been providing a new form of homeless outreach under contract with Seattle Public Schools since June. We work within three phases: Supportive Outreach, Case Management, and Housing Navigation. Our mission is to clear every path leading to a permanent home for people experiencing homelessness in King County, WA.

We are using to create a by name list of all the people experiencing homelessness in our county, which is in alignment with the interests of a new government authority that will be taking control of the entire homeless response system in January. We want this system to be able to gather these names and track their progress completing tasks through all three phases, collecting all valuable data along the way.

We are a small non-profit charity ( that is currently all-volunteer and currently relies on community donations for funding. We have saved a bit for this development work, but we would really appreciate it if there was a sliding scale type situation if possible. We are currently on a non-profit plan with where the first 10 users are free.
