Allow access to service portal without login.

Description

Some of our forms are used to report safety concerns where anonymity is essential. Requiring users to log in discourages reporting due to fear of identification or retaliation. We are a critical care transport program (ambulance & helicopter), and psychological safety and transparent reporting are required elements of our safety culture.

Public share links work but remove the value of a centralized portal. We need anonymous access within the portal to maintain structure and trust.

What are you trying to achieve

We would like the Service Portal (monday.com: Where Teams Get Work Done) to support anonymous access/ submission for selected forms. Specifically, we are requesting the option for an admin to either

(1) enable anonymous submission for selected forms in the portal, and/or
(2) let admins create a non-identifying shared account (such as anon@company.com) that can access the portal without tying submissions to a named user. This could potentially address concerns with bot/spam submissions.

Logged-in users should still be able to see the full form/library listing while guest/anon users can have a limited view.
