Allow board member to reorder subitem by dragging and dropping

I would like to request that board member be able to drag and drop subitems to reorder them. Seems like a huge oversight to me that this is only possible to do for board owners and not board members regardless of the board members permissions.

Thanks.

In many collaborative environments, board members are actively involved in managing and prioritizing tasks. Restricting reordering to owners creates a bottleneck.
It forces board members to rely on owners for simple organizational tasks, slowing down progress.
Workflow Inefficiency:
Agile methodologies and other project management frameworks often emphasize flexibility and responsiveness. Lowe’s kids workshop
The inability to quickly reorder subitems can disrupt these workflows.
Permission Discrepancies:
If a board member has permission to edit subitems, it seems inconsistent that they cannot reorder them.
It is a counter intuitive restriction.
Potential Solutions and Considerations:

Granular Permission Settings:
Implement more detailed permission controls that allow board owners to specifically grant reordering privileges to members.
This would provide flexibility while maintaining control.
Role-Based Permissions:
Introduce predefined roles (e.g., “editor,” “contributor”) with associated permission sets.
This would streamline permission management and ensure consistency.
