I was shocked to find that the ability to add Monday “Teams” to drive permissions within boards or items - as is easy and native within the WorkOS - is not possible within the Sales CRM. I must manually add dozens of users to every board and every item I need them to see… creating a lot of work, and risk for error. It’s making the entire Sales CRM Product almost unworkable for us.
We would GREATLY value the same ability to “Add a Team” to items or board permissions as is possible within the Work OS to be possible within the Sales CRM Product.
