Hey Sachin, make and Zapier can be very time consuming to create and maintain these scenario’s and zaps vs an app you can install inside of monday. Especially if you are dealing with data from multiple boards/workspaces/accounts.

Thank you for your suggestion. Make and Zapier are amazing when it comes to automations like “when something happens in one system then do something in another” .

However, this is not a case for 2-way sync. In order to implement a two-way syncing with trigger-based automation, there are plenty of triggers you should handle on both sides (creation, deletion, all kinds of updates). This is where it becomes very complex. Zapier even states explicitly that they don’t support two-way syncing: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8495908569613-Does-Zapier-support-two-way-syncing
