Has anyone come across an issue when you send an email through the emails and activities app that the email disappears and shows an error message unable to send?
This seems to happen often for one of my colleagues, he can be typing an email no matter if its short or lengthy when he clicks send the email disappears and he gets an error saying unable to send. This only seems to happen when he sends an email through a task item or enquiry item for eg if he selects the email address through a contacts board its fine. I have tried to speak to Monday through online chat but never seem to get very far with this.
I thought I would try here and see if anyone else has had this issue? Any advice would be much appreciated.
