HI ! we work with Monday for long term planning, CRM etc. we also use Topdesk for input and requests for change from the business.
unfortunately, there is no real connection between Topdesk and Monday.
for now, the only way is to let topdesk email an item to a board; all the relevant data all gets into the the updates field of an item.
it would make it a lot more powerfull of topdesk and monday would have a standard API integration. just configure which datafields from topdesk you would want in which monday-column, and your done!
