App for exporting and inporting data

Hello,
I’m building an ETL from the data we have on the boards.
I would love a recommandation for an API or SASS that connects monday to preferably, Microsoft visual Studio SSIS, or Microsoft SQL server, and updates the monday boards based on the Database

I would not know of a third party platform or API to recommend but let’s hope another community user will have experience with this and give you some recommendation!
