can i see all of the items that are assigned by me to other users in different boards or workspaces in one space?
No, there’s no ‘native’ way to do that. If that’s something you need, you could set up automations where if you create an item on a board, that same item is created on a central board?
What about the “My Work” section? doesn’t that space hold all items assigned to you?
Yea, it shows item assigned ‘to you’, but she’s looking to see items assigned ‘by her’ to other people
