Assistance Needed to Create Custom Board for Daily Statistics & Revenue Tracking

I need help creating a custom board to track daily statistics and revenues for various lodges and resorts. The idea is that each property can enter daily data through a form, including details like rooms occupied, number of adults, number of children, #OOO, #OOS, number of covers, rooms revenue, restaurant & bars revenue, C&B revenue, other revenue, and so on.

This data should then be grouped by property and provide both daily and monthly reports.

Is this something that can be done using Monday.com? If yes, could someone assist me with designing such a board?
