Good Afternoon. My superiors would like to be able to tell where their technician teams are working at a glance. I was trying to use a calendar dashboard, but kept running into issues with the information I could pull from my main board. We have columns for the ticket number, customer, technician assigned, location, etc. I was thinking of a calendar that would display the technician, ticket number, and location. Unfortunately, this is beyond me.
