Hello!
The context is the following boards:
- Task Board
- Support Board (with a form)
From the Support Form I want to create an automation that does the following:
’ When an assignee is assigned to a support request, then move the item to the Task Board and create an update and auto populate from the columns in the Support Board’
However the automation doesn’t send any data from the Support Form into the item now in the Task Board.
Why doesn’t the automation send the data I want even though I seem to have set it up correctly?
