Hi,
I’m trying to use Autoboost to check when any of the status in a column in one board change to a specific value, and if so to then change the values of the statuses in a column in another board.
Any help would be great.
Thanks

Hi @aeisou, Welcome to the community! ![]()
It’s a good idea to check a couple of things:
Autoboost can watch for a specific status change, but it works best when it knows exactly which item to update. Reaching out to Autoboost support is a great next step — they can quickly validate your setup and suggest the best approach.
Hello @aeisou
Hi there! ![]()
Yes, you can do this in Autoboost by using a trigger for when a Status changes to a specific value in Board A, then adding an action step to update the Status in Board B. Just make sure you’re matching the correct item in the second board (usually via a unique ID or name).

Hey @aeisou ,
You can also try the Mirror Item Multiple Boards app.
It allows you to add the same item on multiple boards with full sync functionality (subitems+updates included).
It’s simple and easy to use, and doesn’t require any automation setup.

Hi aeisou,
Syncing status changes between two boards is a common need! While Autoboost can work for this, you might find it easier with an app called “Same Item Multiple Boards” — it lets you link items across boards with full two-way sync, so when a status changes on one board, it automatically updates on the connected board without needing separate automation rules.
