Automate a notification when a new update is made but not when someone replies that update

Hi!

Hello! Our designers post updates to their tasks within each element, and then a design lead responds to that update with the corresponding feedback.

I want to notify the design lead when an item has a new update, the problem is that when the lead replies, the notification automation triggers.

So basically, what I need is that only new updates create notifications
