Within the sub-item, we have set-up an automation for for time tracking when the status changes. Sometimes we are seeing live time tracking different for admin and other users - essentially a lag in time. Why is this the case? Is this something that corrects itself?

For User Kedar you will see that time tracking is only started for subitem for the same board however for Sharavn it has started for both subitem and Item.
Sometimes we are seeing discrepancy in time tracking the time tracking for users as well
