Automatic download of files not wanted on email updates

Hello everyone,

We are having our files section in the updates card blowing up because it is taking our email footers as files (company logo, phone icon, etc.). It is clogging up the files section and making it difficult for us to see any actual files that have come in. Has anyone found a way to turn off these automatic downloads?

For the emails you’re talking about, are these emails from automations or emails you’re sending direct to the item/board?
