Automation for a high level board

Hi team, I’ve hunted for this a while and don’t have a definitive answer.

Each of my department heads uses their own board. We have a daily standup and people would like to see certain “group worthy” tasks on one standup board.

Is there a way to designate a status on our individual boards that would then create a pulse on the high level board, and that we would know where it came from?
