Automation to Change status then mark done on time

Hi,

We currently have a board that only changes mark on due date to “done on time” when one option is selected.

I want to change it to every status update apart from “new lead” (our first option) changed it to done on time with the green tick next to it.

How do I do this?

Welcome to the community. You can use the settings option of the status column (the 3 dots on the column header) >|Settings > Customize and check which colors indicated the item is completed.
