Automation: When a certain hour arrives on a certain date, somebody gets a notification

Hi there. I work in a technology-driven doctor’s office, and we use Monday A Lot. I have this one board that tracks patient payments, when they are due, what kind of payment etc. To really make this board efficient, I would love to see new automation options based on time. For example: when a certain hour arrives on a certain date, somebody gets a notification. Say I have a patient who has to pay a copay for a telehealth visit on August 31st, and their appointment is at 1:00pm, I would want to be able to set the automation to send me a reminder to myself (or other office staff) at 12:30pm on that day to reach out to the patient if they have not paid their copay, yet. Does this make sense? I’d love to see this happen.
