We are an MSP and use both monday.com and Autotask PSA. Our technicians primarily use Autotask so we are looking for ways to integrate the two. I have done some automation experimentation, but only rudimentary.
Has anyone integrated the two or know if it’s possible using a service like Make.
Our goal is to trim down on duplicate entries in tools. If a technician is working through steps in a project board in monday.com, it would be awesome if their time spent on the step, as well as notes, could populate to an already established ticket within Autotask.
There is no native Autotask PSA integration with Make.com, but it could be possible to “connect” monday and Autotask PSA.
