Backlog roll up to a parent board + resource management

Hi all,

Hoping someone can help. I am looking at rolling up a number of story boards to a central story board so we can have a pool of stories that my development team can all dip in to and share. I also want to have the same from a resource management perspective. Resources estimated at an individual story board level that rolls up to a parent resource management board.
