Be able to see first email received from prospect in emails & activities tab/module

Currently in, it is possible to create an item in a board when an email is received (Gmail or Outlook integration).
Unfortunately, the received email is not visible through the “emails & activities” module.


  1. One information / step is missing regarding the customer relationship history (CRM process) in the emails & activities module.
  2. It is not possible to quickly and efficiently answer to the prospect using the reply button. First, the “send email” button has to be used. Recipient and email subject have to be manually set.

Improving the emails & activities module by tracking the first incoming email from a prospect would help to manage the whole customer relationship.
This would also make available the “reply” button to quickly and easily answer to the prospect.
