What are the best practices when a board is shared – so in our case a list of companies and each company has received one, two or three different types of assistance. So while the company is one item there are then three columns for each of the difference types of assistance – Technical assistance (TA), Results-based financing (RBF) and Forgivable loan. Ideally we would be able to have separate update sections for each of these types of assistance so that the team can hold separate conversations about the three different assistance processes. What are the best practice for doing this?
Hey Emily,
Could you consider creating a seperate board for each type of assistance, so when a company is listed in that shared board, using our automations, it creates the same item in each of the assistance boards which will allow each team to have an independent space to have their discussions? These boards can be private boards too. It isn’t currently possible to create 3 seperate updates section all with permissions in each item, so I believe this alternative route might make most sense - let me know what you think
