It would be good to add a feature that allows blocking a group so that other users cannot modify it. This is for security purposes and to ensure that all the information there remains unchanged

While there isn’t a way to lock an entire group today, many teams handle this really well with a few simple workarounds:
Use a separate board for sensitive leads and control who can view or edit that board through permissions.
If you’re on Enterprise, you can use item-level permissions to restrict who can edit specific items, even if they’re on the same board.
You can also lock down key columns so only selected users can update sensitive information.
These options give you solid control over your data while still keeping collaboration smooth for the rest of the team.

The workaround suggestions make sense, but if this is a common need maybe just build the feature instead of making people engineer around it.
