Board Meta Data Fields

Please enable users to add meta data to each board that can be used in automations. Example: I want to send an email notification to a customer every time a status changes to DONE and I don’t want to create a column to house the customer’s email address that will need to be replicated across every pulse but I also don’t want to have to add the customer to the board if they are uncomfortable with new technology. Similarly, in those notifications, I’d like to attach a link to the shared dashboard URL and it seems silly to have to create a column to house the URL and replicate that URL across all the pulses to I can use the URL in the automation that sends the email notification to the customer.
