Board permissions question

Hi,
I have changed a board to shareable. This had the negative consequence of basically removing everyone’s access internally. I want anyone internally to still have access without having to invite them. Is this possible? I can invite everyone, but I don’t want to trigger an email to everyone!

For shareable board you need to invite all board members (team members AND guests)
