How can I share the item description view from a shared board? I need others who do not have a license to be able to view the details of each item.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to share the item description view from a shareable board. You can use the “shareable view” option to allow others to view the details of your board, but the limitations of sharing a board view publicly include that boards with item viewing permissions are not able to be shared publicly. To access the “shareable view” on a shareable board, navigate to the three-dot menu next to the view name at the top (ex: Main table) and select “Share View”.
That said, we encourage you to add this in as a feature request! As a workaround, you can use a “text” or “long text” column and rename the column as “details” or a title similar to share the details of each item for a synopsis. Text columns are supported in a shareable view. I hope this helps!
