Do you know how to embed form fields in a way that you can split up the field across different segments on the page and unite the submission with a single button?
I know how to get the embed form in, I just don’t know how to split them up, remove the submit buttons and have them all submit at the same time with one CTA.
Ultimately I want it to look like the attached image where there are different blocks that are for specific columns from monday.com while removing the submit button that comes from creating a different form for each and only having 1 submit button that pulls in all of the data submitted on that page in each block.
Hopefully that makes sense
