[BUG REPORT] Email Channel Configuration Automatically Deleting

On the Monday Service platform, we’re finding that our email channel is being deleted automatically. Is anyone else seeing this issue?

Hi Seth, Tom from monday. Sorry to hear about that :folded_hands: Email integrations can get disconnected when there are changes made to the account on the email provider’s (Gmail/Outlook) side. Mainly password changes from what I encountered, but permission settings changes can too. If you’re not making any changes to your account and it continues to disconnect, as Eric suggested above, the best thing to do would be to write to our team either via email or chat.

Hi! Just chiming in to say - all 100+ of our Outlook-integrated emails disappeared from visibility a few days ago.
I also have a number of integrated shared-mailbox email addresses that my team uses via monday CRM and those became unavailable to my team-members and we’re having to re-integrate these. I opened a ticket with their support team! :slightly_smiling_face:
