Bug Tracking Board - Reporting Form not sending data

Hi all,

I have a bug tracking board setup in my workspace (Chosen from the base templates) and have circulated the form to my team to report bugs on a test, 1 of my users has stated that they have submitted a bunch, but nothing is showing on the board in the ‘Bug Reported’ section.

Can anyone guide me to how I get hold of these responses, as this represents hours of work by this user and I’d rather not go back and say its all been lost. Perhaps a Monday.com staffer can help here please?
